…Ashley Turney (l) was standing in as the City Clerk for Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve at an official ribbon cutting ceremony out on the City Hall plaza today, and later at the City Council meeting. Turney was the City Clerk for a number of years, but recently moved up to a different position within City Hall. Evidently her skills as an effective administrator are highly desirable by all department heads.
